According to Art. 13 para. 1 and paragraph. 2 and Art. 14 paragraph. 1 and paragraph. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“RODO”), we hereby inform you that your personal data (Customers’ personal data) provided to Entremise Broker sp. z o.o. to enable the provision of financial intermediation services to you will be processed by the controllers of your personal data, i.e. By:

The purpose of processing the personal data you provide to us is:

• To enable you to learn about the products offered by the Broker (based on Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA),
• To enable you to learn more about the products offered by the Broker, i.e. mortgage-secured loans or credits or cash loans or insurance (based on Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);
• Informing you about products offered by the Broker of a marketing nature, sent via electronic means to the e-mail address or telephone number indicated by you (based on Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA),
• to carry out the obligations imposed on the Partner and the Broker under generally applicable laws, in particular to make the data available to public administration authorities, in situations specified by law (based on Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO), and
• Establish the existence of possible claims, assert or defend against such claims (based on Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA).

Provision of the above data for the purposes indicated is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the inability to conclude and implement the financial intermediation agreement.

Your data will not be processed by automated means, including, in particular, profiling.

Your data will be processed for the purposes indicated above (i) for the period of performance of the contract and until the expiration of the limitation periods for claims that may arise under the contract, (ii) for the period of validity of the consent given (in the case of consent to receive marketing content) or (iii) for the periods during which processing is necessary due to applicable laws (e.g. in connection with tax obligations).

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Partner will share your personal information with Broker in order to allow you to learn about the products offered by Broker and to allow Broker to contact you directly. The Partner may also share your personal data with entities providing the following services to the Partner: office administration, legal, accounting and bookkeeping services, IT services, to entities authorized to obtain them in cases provided for by generally applicable laws.

Broker may make your personal data available to entities providing the following services to Broker: office administration, legal, accounting and bookkeeping services, IT services, to entities authorized to obtain them in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, as well as to third parties, for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the conclusion and execution of a loan or credit agreement (including, in particular, banks).

You have the right to demand access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing as well as the right to object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority, while the exercise of some of the above rights may be limited by the content of the contractual relationship between you and the Partner or Broker or by the obligations imposed on the Partner or Broker by generally applicable laws.
